These clay roses were lovingly handmade by Reis and me on his aunt’s dining room table in Istanbul, and they were part of our installation in Berlin in January 2020. You can see them featured as a part of this short video piece. Like the teardrop pendulums, they have been a reminder of how powerful it can be to listen to my body and to listen with my body.
